Use

WSF 2560 is a liquid blend of combustion catalysts and fireside slag modifiers. The application of a single multifunctional product results in improved combustion and the control of fireside deposits and corrosion.

Features

WSF 2560 is a highly concentrated liquid blend of organometallic combustion catalysts, high alkalinity ash modifiers and stabilizers. Combustion catalysis results in the following direct benefits:

Slag modifiers are designed to minimize fireside deposits and corrosion through a catalyzed reaction with vanadium, sulfur, sodium and nickel.

Slag modification will:

	Decrease fireside deposits
	Improve heat transfer
	Minimize cold end corrosion
	Minimize hot section corrosion
	Reduce SO3 formation
	Reduce fuel costs
	Reduce maintenance

Feeding

WSF 2560 treatment may be added directly to the fuel oil storage tank or pumped continuously to the fuel oil line. Addition to the fuel oil line must be far enough downstream from the burner to insure good mixing prior to combustion.

The dosage rate of WSF 2560 will depend upon the fuel oil composition, operating conditions, the nature and severity of fireside problems and treatment program objectives.

Handling precautions

Wear suitable protective gloves and safety goggles. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapour.

In case of contact immediately flush with water. After eye contact seek medical advice. Do not take internally.
